Register

To register questions in a module that has grading, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings on the main menu

  2. Click on the On-line submenu

  3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click the List Module option in the list

  6. Search for the desired module in the Research bar in the upper right corner

You can find the modules that have assessment by the No. of Questions and Configuration evaluation columns in the list.

  1. Click on the Select option

  2. Click on the Questions option in the list

On the next screen, you can see the list of questions registered for the module and their characteristics.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)

  2. Fill out the fields paying attention to the characteristics you want. Required fields are identified with asterisks (*)

  3. Click on Save to register your question

After saving, the screen for entering the answers to the question will open.

  1. Fill in all fields to assign the question answer

  2. Click Save to register the answer record

Add

To add questions that already exist in other training courses to the module, follow the steps below:

  1. Return to the module's question list

  2. Click the Add the Question button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)

On the next screen, you can view the list of questions that already exist in other modules, with the name of the training and the module it belongs to.

  1. Select the desired question(s) by checking the Select option box

  2. Click Add to add the selected questions

Configuring the assessment

After adding the questions to the module, to perform the assessment configuration, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Trainings on the main menu

  2. Click on the On-line submenu

  3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click the List Module option in the list

  6. Search for the desired module in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  7. Click on the Select option

  8. Click on the Evaluation Settings option in the list

  9. Fill out the necessary fields, as instructed below:

Evaluation Time (max) (mandatory)

Enter the time, in minutes, that the student will have to take the assessment.

Difficulty Easy, Medium, and Hard (mandatory)

Enter the number of questions desired for each difficulty. 

Beside each field, it will appear how many questions you have available for selection on each difficulty. 

When you enter a quantity in the field that is smaller than the available questions, random questions will be presented among the available ones.

Average for approval (mandatory)

Enter the average for approval. The field will be automatically populated according to your account settings, but can be changed.

Feedback 

Select the desired option to have the question answer appear or not appear to the student during the assessment. Selecting: 

Not to apply, the question answers will not be displayed; 

Instant, the answer will be displayed after each question answered; 

After Approval, the answers will be presented after the completion of the assessment only if the student is passed; or

After Evaluation, the answers will be presented after the completion of the evaluation regardless of whether the student passed or failed.

Allow material to be sent

Select the No option to not allow the student to submit material or the Yes option to allow it. 

If Yes is selected, a new field will be enabled to fill in the description of the material.

Number of Test Attempts (mandatory)

Enter the number of times the student can fail.

When running out of attempts

Select the desired option for when the student runs out of attempts. By selecting: 

The student must request a new attempt, the student can request the administrator for a retry; 

Zero student performance in the module, the student's entire progress in the module will be reset and all content must be consumed again; or

Take no action, the status will be set as failed.

Hide grade for student

Select the desired option to have the final grade presented to the student or not. Selecting: 

Using account settings, it will replicate the option selected in the account settings; 

No, to not hide the grade; or 

Yes, to hide the grade.

  1. Click Save to perform the module evaluation settings
