Register, edit or delete an existing training module

Register

To register new modules into an existing training, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Trainings on the main menu

  2. Click on the On-line submenu

  3. Search for the training you want to insert/organize the contents in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click the Register Module option in the list

  6. Fill out the necessary fields, as instructed below:

Module (mandatory)

Enter the name of the module.

Description (mandatory)

Enter a brief summary of what will be covered in the module.

Type (mandatory)

Select the format of the content that will be covered in the module.

Minimum viewing time (mandatory)

Enter the amount of time that when the student opens the content, he or she is required to stay with the material open and consume it in the chosen time.

In a module with PDF training with a minimum viewing time of 5 minutes, the student must keep the PDF open during this minimum time in order for the platform to consider the consumption of the content.

For contents where the Type is Video, we recommend considering a minimum time of 80% of the total time. For example, if the video is 10 minutes long, fill in the minimum viewing time with 8 minutes.

Instructor (mandatory)

Select the person responsible for the module and activity correction.

Tutor email

Enter the corporate e-mail of the person responsible for every module, for questions and more information.

Configuration evaluation

Select the Apply option to have the account settings applied, or the Not to apply option to enter these settings manually.

  1. Click Save to register the module registration

  2. Upload the material corresponding to the module (this screen will be enabled depending on the Type selected in the module's registration)
    A green check mark will appear indicating that the upload has been completed.

To find the module(s) created for a training from the main menu, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Training in the main menu

  2. Click on the On-line submenu

  3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the List Module option in the list

In the grid, you can view data about the module.

In the Information column, if the data is red, it means that the material is pending upload.

Edit or delete

To edit or delete a module, locate it on the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option, and the screen will open:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
