Check registrants and send registration link

To check the registered students of a webinar, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Webinar submenu

  3. Search for the desired webinar in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click the Registered option in the list

On the next screen you will see the list of students who have registered for the webinar.

To extract the registration link for a webinar and send it to students who are not registered on the platform, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Webinar submenu

  3. Search for the desired webinar in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click on the Registration Link option in the listing

The page with the student's enrollment form will open.

  1. Copy the URL link from the page and send it to students who are not registered on the platform

The registration link is used when the webinar is public, to fill out the registration form.

All data filled by the student in the registration form will be available for reporting.
