Register trail satisfaction survey

The purpose of the satisfaction survey is to measure how satisfied the student is with the track, be it the content, format, didactics, etc. 

The sections serve to group the questions.

Registering a section

To register a section, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the submenu Tracks

3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click on the Select option

5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the list

6. Click on the Sections button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)

On the next screen, you can view the list of registered sections.

7. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner

8. Enter the section name in the Section field

9. Click Save to register the section registration

Registering a question

To register a question, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the submenu Tracks

3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click on the Select option

5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the list

On the next screen, you can see the list of questions registered for the track and their characteristics.

6. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner (last icon)

7. Fill out the fields paying attention to the characteristics you want. Required fields are identified with asterisks (*)

8. Click on Save to register your question

The question will be displayed in all tracks.

Enabling the section

To make the questions appear for students, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the submenu Tracks

3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click on the Select option

5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the list

6. Click on the Configuration button icon located in the upper right corner (third icon)

7. Locate the desired section and check the Active option

All questions that have been registered in the section will appear to the student.
