Sharing training via link or QR Code

To share the training by link or QR Code, so that students can access and be automatically enrolled, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the In Person submenu

3. Search for the desired on-site training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click on the Select option

5. Click the Share QR Code option in the list

A new tab will display the URL, for sharing via link, and the code, for sharing via QR Code.

By clicking on the link or scanning the QR Code with the camera, the student will be redirected to the system's login screen and by logging in he/she will be automatically enrolled in the on-site training.
