Through this functionality it is possible to view the list of users deleted from the platform.    

An excluded user will be definitively removed from the platform in 7 (seven) days from the exclusion date. Until the definitive removal, it will be possible to restore the user and his data to the platform.   

To restore, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on Settings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Backup submenu

On the next screen, you can view the list of users deleted from the platform, with the information of the user's name, date and time when it was deleted, in how many days it will be definitively removed and its type.

  1. Select the user you wish to restore

  2. Click the +Restore data button located in the upper right corner

  3. Enter your administrator username and password

The administrator user name and password are required for auditing purposes.  

By accessing the Settings menu and clicking on the Audit button icon located in the upper right corner (last icon), you can view the log of the user restore, including the information of the administrator user who performed the action.  

  1. Click the Restore data button

The user and his data will be restored.
