Registering students for assessment

Register

To register students for the certification assessment, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Certification submenu

  3. Search for the desired certification in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the Register students option in the list

  6. Select the company that the students who are to take the assessment belong to, in the Company field

  7. Click Save

On the next screen, you can view the list of students registered for the selected company.

  1. Select the desired student(s) by checking the Select box

  2. Click Add to add the selected student(s)

At this point, the system will send an email notification to the selected student(s) that a certification assessment is available to be taken, with a start and end date and time.

Consult

To consult if the student(s) were registered to take the assessment, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings on the main menu

  2. Click on the Certification submenu

  3. Search for the desired certification in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the View the Students option in the list

On the next screen, you can view the list of students registered for the certification assessment.

Find the desired student, click on the Select option, and click on:

  • Release Evaluation to, in case of failing the assessment, release a new attempt to the student

  • Delete Student to exclude the student from the certification assessment
