Register, add, edit or delete questions

Register

To register questions for a certification, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the Certification submenu

On the next screen (list of registered certifications) you can see how many questions you have registered for each certification in the Questions column.

3. Search for the desired certification in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click on the Select option

5. Click on the Questions option in the list

On the next screen, you can view the list of questions registered for the certification and their characteristics.

6. Click on the To Register Question button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)

7. Fill out the fields paying attention to the characteristics you want (all fields are required)

8. Click on Save to register your question

After saving, the screen to register the answer to the question will open.

9. Fill out all the fields to assign the question answer

10. Click Save to register the answer

Add

To add questions that already exist in other trainings to the certification, follow the steps below:

1. Return to the certification question list

2. Click the Add the Question button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)

On the next screen, you can view the list of questions that already exist in other trainings, with the name of the training and the module it belongs to.

3. Select the desired question(s) by checking the Select option box

4. Click Add to add the selected question(s)

Edit or delete

To edit or delete a question from the certification, locate it in the listing, click on the Select option, click on the Change the Question option, and the screen will open:

• To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

• To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
